Refund Policy

MELANOBOOST RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY (UNITED STATES)

All sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or amended.

Delivery addresses cannot be edited after checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all details are correct at the time of purchase.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Delivery delays

  • Refused, unclaimed, or returned-to-sender parcels

  • Customs rejection or unpaid import duties

  • Skin reactions where no product defect is present

  • Used or opened products

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacements

Due to customs regulations and international shipping restrictions, we do not offer replacements on orders shipped from our international facility.

All orders are considered final once dispatched.

Claim Requirements (Damage or Incorrect Item)

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, or your parcel has arrived damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of confirmed delivery.

You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Clear, original photos showing:

    • The outer parcel (all sides)

    • The inside of the parcel as received

    • The affected product

Photos must be taken immediately upon delivery. Edited, filtered, altered, or staged images will not be accepted.

All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a claim does not guarantee a replacement or refund.

Transit Damage & Leakage

We take care in packaging all orders. Minor seepage during transit does not necessarily constitute product failure and may be assessed proportionately.

Returned to Sender / Refused / Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Failure to collect

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Customs rejection or unpaid duties

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

If an order is returned to us, a store credit will be issued once received back to our facility, less:

  • The original shipping fee, and

  • A $20 Return to Sender (RTS) handling fee

Store credit must be used on a future purchase and is subject to standard checkout terms.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Fraud & Chargeback Protection

We reserve the right to deny claims where evidence is inconsistent with the condition of the parcel at delivery.

We actively investigate fraudulent claims and reserve the right to provide shipping records, photographic evidence, delivery confirmation, and carrier verification to payment providers in the event of a dispute.

Important

Items that are used, altered, or damaged for reasons unrelated to our error are not eligible for any remedy.
